Sets 'end' event handler

Signature:

on(event: 'end', listener: typeof end): this;

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
event	'end'	`'end'` — the underlying connection has ended and will not reconnect
listener	typeof end	handler invoked when the underlying connection has ended and will not reconnect.

this
