Constructs a new instance of the ImqueueInstrumentation class

constructor(config?: InstrumentationConfig);

config	InstrumentationConfig	(Optional) standard OpenTelemetry instrumentation config. Note that `enabled` is honoured by `registerInstrumentations`, which calls ImqueueInstrumentation.enable() for you; there are no options specific to this instrumentation.
